In the course of translation, Helen Translation adopts the project manager responsibility system. The project manager will supervise all the translation procedure and guarantee the quality of translation.

I. Project Analyse

We will conduct pre-treatment to all the contents of the project upon receipt of the documents and give the customers a quotation. For large project we will appoint an manager to take all the responsibilities.

II. Selection of Translators

Helen Translation will select specific translators who have the related background knowledge and are fit for the project.

III. Translation

All the documents will be translated by our experts. Translation group will be organized for large project to keep conformity for all the special terms and linguistic style and formation requirements.

IV. Editing and Correction

Our editors will check all the documents and correct any misprint or mistranslation if possible.

V. Formation

VI. Quality Analyse

Our project manager will supervise all materials and make sure it is the same with the original.

VII. Completion

We can send back translation through FTP、E–mail、Fax or personally to our customers with printed copy or disks.
